Requirement

Job Description

  • Receive, distribute, issue, and control spare parts while maintaining inventory records for auditing and ensuring stock security.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as per schedule.
  • Ensure proper inventory management, with all parts issued or received recorded immediately on the stock card daily.
  • Record all incoming shipments of spare parts, verify against the packing list, and reports.
  • Monitor daily sales and inventory performance, and prepare daily and monthly reports.
  • Track inventory levels of all products, ensuring accurate management in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with the production and sales teams to ensure accurate inventory adjustments.
  • Ensure prompt communication and resolution of any product quality issues.
  • Ensure the store is consistently well-stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Work closely with the production and sales team to enhance quality control processes and reduce product defects and errors.
  • Ensure product and asset security by implementing and maintaining effective security systems and measures.
  • Train store staff on proper inventory record management, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure the accuracy of records.
  • Other tasks as assigned by financial controller and senior management.
