Requirement
- Bachelor Degree or any graduate with diploma in inventory management or supply chain management.
- 3-5 years experience in retail or store management experience (preferred in jewelry industry).
- Great understanding of inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Description
- Receive, distribute, issue, and control spare parts while maintaining inventory records for auditing and ensuring stock security.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as per schedule.
- Ensure proper inventory management, with all parts issued or received recorded immediately on the stock card daily.
- Record all incoming shipments of spare parts, verify against the packing list, and reports.
- Monitor daily sales and inventory performance, and prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Track inventory levels of all products, ensuring accurate management in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the production and sales teams to ensure accurate inventory adjustments.
- Ensure prompt communication and resolution of any product quality issues.
- Ensure the store is consistently well-stocked, clean, and organized.
- Work closely with the production and sales team to enhance quality control processes and reduce product defects and errors.
- Ensure product and asset security by implementing and maintaining effective security systems and measures.
- Train store staff on proper inventory record management, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure the accuracy of records.
- Other tasks as assigned by financial controller and senior management.
