Requirement

  • Any degree holders with MBA or other international HR Diploma is more preferable
  • At least 5 years of experience in management field
  • Able to implement Human Resources plan
  • Strong understanding of Myanmar Labor laws related to HRM
  • Job interviewing skills, Analytical skills, Managerial and Leadership skill
  • Must have good personality with strong interpersonal, positive & strategic thinking and organizing skill

Job Description

  • Conduct recruiting process and select qualified interviewee and report to BOD
  • Establishes recruitment by studying organization plans and objectives
  • Create employment agreements, engage in contract (re-) negotiations, drive termination procedures
  • Make sure the company complies with labor laws
  • Check and maintain human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories.
  • Administrate compensation & benefits and performance management systems
  • Drive payroll process and payment of employment and social security taxes
  • Create and update guidelines & procedures in the form of an employee handbook and drive execution
  • Formulate HR Plans, Policies & procedures according to organizational objectives
  • Ensure that HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented and carried out properly by the departments and operating business units
  • Set up the working process for succession planning analysis, implementation and Monitoring
  • Monthly HR report and budget report to BOD
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure proper management of Staff amenities and occupational and health safety
  • Collaborate with L&D Department and Sales Onboarding Department to conduct organizational development
