Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proficient in using HR software (e.g, Global HR Cloud) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.

Job Description

  • Proactively sourced candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and recruitment agencies, increasing talent pipeline efficiency.
  • Maintained and updated a centralized candidate database to support future hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Coordinated and managed the end-to-end interview process.
  • Prepare required documents for new employees and explain fingerprint procedures and late fine policies.
  • Facilitate the organization at career fairs and recruitment events, enhancing employer branding and attracting top talent.
  • Monitored and managed daily employee attendance, leave requests, overtime approvals ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Liaised with government agencies, including the Labor Office, to process employment contracts and submit required documentation.
  • Update the recruitment-related data in the HR dashboard.
  • Prepare and issue recommendation letters for employees upon request.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.
