Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proficient in using HR software (e.g, Global HR Cloud) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Job Description
- Proactively sourced candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and recruitment agencies, increasing talent pipeline efficiency.
- Maintained and updated a centralized candidate database to support future hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Coordinated and managed the end-to-end interview process.
- Prepare required documents for new employees and explain fingerprint procedures and late fine policies.
- Facilitate the organization at career fairs and recruitment events, enhancing employer branding and attracting top talent.
- Monitored and managed daily employee attendance, leave requests, overtime approvals ensuring adherence to company policies.
