Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and HR Payroll Software (Global TA Cloud).
Job Description
- Oversee the complete hiring process, from job postings to interviews and candidate selection.
- Manage the preparation of job offers and oversee pre-employment procedures, including reference checks and necessary documentation.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave requests, overtime requests and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with government agencies, such as the Labor Office, for employment contracts and other necessary submissions.
- Clearly and effectively communicate compensation and benefits policies to employees.
- Oversee internal transfers, promotions, job resigns, and salary adjustments.
- Generate and manage documentation for Social Security Board (SSB) contributions and ensure compliance with income tax regulations.
- Oversee employee welfare programs such as marriage, medical, and other staff allowances.
- Manage HR software for data entry, report generation, attendance tracking, and leave request management; resolve any system issues related to user access.
- Maintain up-to-date HR files, templates, and tools in line with regulatory and internal standards.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities, including organizing HR events (e.g., staff birthdays, Staff Party).
- Participate actively in the quarterly performance appraisal process.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Executive and HR Manager.
