Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma in Human Resources is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing employee records and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with HRM software and tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
Job Description
- Manage government-related matters, including SSB and employment contracts.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, and overtime, and generate reports as needed.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data on absences, attendance bonuses, leaves, new hires, resignations, promotion and transfers.
- Prepare and issue ID cards for employees.
- Organize and manage staff birthday programs.
- Maintain and update employee personal files and records.
- Facilitate the opening of bank accounts and create HR software user accounts for new employees.
- Analyze and remind to department head for staff confirmation monthly.
- Issue internal memos and external correspondence as required.
- Process and submit claims for payment to the Finance in relation to the HR budget.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Perform any other duties assigned by HR Manager or senior supervisors.
