Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in sales and distribution, with at least 1-2 years in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager role.
- Proven ability to assist in setting and achieving Primary and Secondary Sales KPIs.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with related departments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales tracking systems.
Job Description
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support the management, mentoring, and daily supervision of the sales team to improve performance and morale.
- Monitor and drive the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Primary and Secondary Sales KPIs.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing timely insights to the Sales Manager.
- Oversee daily sales operations, distribution workflows, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration with the marketing teams.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with VIP Clients, distributors, and wholesalers, resolving issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales data, track revenue performance, and prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales performance reports for the Sales Manager.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal compliance during all sales activities.
