Requirement

  • CPA, ACCA Part II (pass) or Main Degree in Accounting/Finance. 
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in financial & management accounting. 
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, international accounting standard (IAS),  financial reporting, regulatory compliance and taxation.
  • Strong ethical values and integrity in financial practices.
  • Age between 27 to 40.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
  • Able to work with email and should have well in English.

Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports and presentations for management review.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor budgetary performance and variances, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Provide insights on financial performance, trends, and potential opportunities or risks to Management Team.
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for Management Team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles, IAS, regulations and tax laws.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Assist in cash forecasting and planning to ensure financial stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Facilitate annual audits and liaise with internal auditors.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns .
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks when assigned by Chief Accountant.
